GST Return Filing in Ranchi

Simplified, accurate, and timely GST return filing with expert assistance

With the vision of “One Nation, One Tax”, the Goods and Services Tax (GST) was introduced in India on 1st July 2017 to unify multiple indirect taxes under a single taxation system.

The introduction of GST brought along the concept of GST Returns — a document that registered taxpayers are required to file periodically, providing details of their outward supplies, inward supplies, tax liability, and tax payments.

All business entities engaged in the supply of goods or services must obtain separate registration under the GST regime and file their GST returns either in online or offline mode, as prescribed by the GST law.

As per the 37th GST Council Meeting, a new GST return mechanism has been implemented from April 2020, following the proposal introduced in October 2019.
